Clinton Foundation won't accept foreign cash if Hillary elected

Bill Clinton has announced that the Clinton Foundation will no longer accept donations from corporations and foreign entities if his wife is elected president. Look, what we're focused on right now is making sure Hillary Clinton is elected president, so nobody wants to get ahead of themselves. It's a real Catch 22.

Regardless of whether Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton wins or loses the elections, the Foundation will no longer organize the annual Clinton Global Initiative get-together of world leaders, philantropists and celebrities.

The former president said additional measures would also be taken to shore up the divide between the foundation and the White House under a Hillary Clinton presidency.

Or, you know Bill being indicted for anything from sexual assault to stealing candy from a baby.

Hillary Clinton is continuing to take heat for donations that her foundation received and her email scandal.

Refocus them on bank accounts in Switzerland or the Cayman Islands?

Trump on Monday also called for the Clinton Foundation to be shut down now.

The Clinton campaign has responded by seeking to portray her as more committed to transparency - and to charity - than Trump is.

Donald Trump launched a fresh attack on the Clinton Foundation on Monday, calling it "the most corrupt enterprise in political history" and saying it "must be" shut down.

Some of the group's funding has come from foreign donations and political donors to the Clinton family.

Leicester still looking for 1st win, draws 0-0 with Arsenal
And Wenger dodged another question when asked about Arsenal's interest in £30m-rated Valencia defender Shkodran Mustafi. The last time the reigning top flight champions lost their first two league games was in 1981-82 (Aston Villa).

"Hillary Clinton is the defender of the corrupt and rigged status quo", he said in a statement released through his campaign.

But the new provision will not necessarily ease concerns about how the foundation and its supporters would be dealt with by a Hillary Clinton administration.

"This is important, life-saving work, and there were some foreign governments like Australia and Norway, that were - that had existing donations to the foundation, and the foundation wanted them to be able to follow through on their commitment", he said.

Emails of Hillary's made public recently because of the continuous investigation into her private email server scandal revealed big donors to the foundation had access to the secretary of state's aides.

Bloomberg Politics polling this month showed the foundation is an area of political vulnerability for Clinton.

Even after Hillary Clinton left the State Department, the Clinton Foundation was implicated in suspect deals.

"Face the Nation" host John Dickerson questioned Hillary Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook about the Clinton campaign's lack of real availability to journalists for nearly an entire year.

"The Clintons made the State Department into the same kind of Pay-to-Play operation as the Arkansas Government was".

The last Clinton Global Initiative meeting is to be held in NY in September, coinciding with the UN General Assembly.

The announcement last week did not fully address the future of the Clinton Health Access Initiative, an global charity that Clinton credits with helping provide cheaper AIDS drugs to more than 11.5 million people in 70 countries.
