Healthcare debate continues as Trump returns to the White House

In recent weeks the White House released an outline for what the President would like to see in a tax reform package. Ryan mentioned how repealing Obamacare and overhauling American health care was a promise Republicans have made in past elections and that this was fulfilling a promise to voters.

If the bill passes the Senate, people will either be denied coverage or charged extortion prices if they, for example, become pregnant, develop cancer, or suffer depression while without insurance. The agency said an earlier version of the Republican proposal would leave 24 million people without insurance in 10 years.

In his remarks, Obama said he hopes that lawmakers recognize "it actually doesn't take a lot of courage to aid those who are already powerful, already comfortable, already influential".

Democrats are convinced the GOP repeal bill jeopardizes the Republican monopoly in Washington, starting with majority control of the House, and the party's advantages in statehouses from Nevada to New Hampshire.

The ad will appear on national cable and in Ryan's Wisconsin district.

Stephanopoulos brought up how some members of Congress didn't read the GOP health care bill in full before voting for it and how "there wasn't a CBO analysis of this bill". Instead, the battleground moves from the House to the Senate, where divisions remain and where senators seem likely to tweak the House-approved measure.

Most alarming - the half a million with preexisting conditions in the state.

Republican Sen. Susan Collins of ME, however, says she's not so certain the House plan would protect people from higher costs.

Tyson Fury has delivered the ultimate insult to Anthony Joshua
So far, three firm favorites have come up - Klitschko, World Boxing Council (WBC) champion Deontay Wilder and Kubrat Pulev . As part of his Instagram story, Joshua also showed off his wide selection of caps as well as him working in the gym.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich couldn't keep a straight face when he was asked about the high-risk pools and whether the federal funding would be sufficient. They'll find that they'll pay substantially higher premiums compared with prior years, and many of their plans are no longer available.

Both spoke on ABC's "This Week".

"So this is a rescue mission to make sure that we can achieve the goals we all want, which is getting the cost of coverage down and making sure that everyone has access to affordable health care, especially and including people with pre-existing conditions", Ryan said.

The House voted 217-213 to approve the AHCA, which has been dubbed Trumpcare.

Ours is a state that's more purple than red, yet neither of our senators is on lists of Republicans who might say no to Obamacare repeal.

"The House bent over backwards to write its legislation in such a way that it could get through the torturous process in the Senate to get this to the floor only needing 51 votes", said Turner, referring to the Byrd Rule, by which legislation is gauged to determine whether it can proceed under reconciliation and avoid a Democratic filibuster. Coverage would be disrupted for millions nearly immediately, according to a Congressional Budget Office analysis of a previous iteration of the legislation.

"They're trying to rip pieces of legislation out that you can't rip out", says Marc Snyderman, 45, a self-employed attorney in Voorhees, New Jersey, who started his firm in August and gets his insurance through COBRA.
