Melissa McCarthy Continues to Give SNL the Best & Weirdest Promos Possible

The faux President also opened the show in an interview with NBC anchor Lester Holt, who was played by Michael Che.

Earlier in the week, Donald Trump went on national television to contradict his aides' explanation for the firing of Federal Bureau of Investigation director James Comey.

Most of the press corps' questions focused on the big news of the week: Comey and the FBI investigation into ties between Russian Federation and Trump campaign associates.

Long story short, it ended with Spicer's final kiss.

We knew Melissa McCarthy would be bringing back Sean Spicer on last night's new episode of Saturday Night Live.

However, Spicer soon fell into a disillusioned despair after a number of reporters asked him if he'd ever considered the possibility that Trump has been lying to him and feeding him dishonest information.

"I don't think I can do this anymore, Mr. Trump", Spicer told Alec Baldwin's Trump.

President Trump then steps forward, urging Spicer to lean in for a kiss. Had Trump been feeding him lies?

French defender Theo Hernandez poised for Real Madrid move
If the move were to go through, Barça would have a gem on their hands, who could potentially stay at the club for years to come. Hernandez's agent, Manuel Garcia Quilon, says that the final decision will lie in the player's own hands.

"Sure, O.K.", Baldwin's Trump shrugs, knowing that without Republicans willing to stand up to him, he can get away with just about anything. But, in keeping with the increasingly flustered and sweaty Spicer's situation in the real world, all the yelling, and the transparent mendacity, and the very public humiliation (by SNL, for one) that comes with serving the capricious whims of a hair-trigger megalomaniac head of state has taken a toll.

It is McCarthy's fourth appearance on the show, having most recently appeared as Sean Spicer in a bunny costume around Easter time.

The press corps began to ask Sanders if she would stay and always do their briefings before Spicer interrupted by spraying a fire extinguisher at the reporters. I promise I'll talk better.

Instead, Spicer traveled to New Jersey to catch Trump at his golf course in Bedminster. "I'm famous, it's OK".

The expectations going into the latest Melissa McCarthy-hosted Saturday Night Live were sky high - too high for the show to ever live up to.

We saw more of "SNL's" thoughtful approach to comedy moments later when "Spicer" asked "Trump" if the rumors are true that he was gong to be fired.

I'd be very happy to see Trump go, but McCarthy's Spicer offers some much-needed comedic relief right now.
