3 killed in shooting at Greenville Nissan dealership

Shooting leaves 3 men dead at Greenville Nissan dealership

Two bounty hunters and a fugitive suspect were killed during a shootout at Nissan of Greenville Tuesday as customers and workers at the auto dealership dove for cover.

The city released cell phone video in which the scuffle between the bounty hunters and the armed fugitive can be seen before several rounds of shots ring out.

Peters says Hutchinson had been sought since March when he failed to appear for court in Hennepin County. Hutchinson tried to pull a gun from his waistband and all three went for it.

The shootout at Nissan of Greenville resulted in the deaths of Ramon Michael Hutchinson, Gabriel Bernal and Fidel Garcia.

Police said that about 20 shots were fired in about six seconds, despite innocent employees as well as children being nearby.

Three men have been found shot to death at an East Texas auto dealership.

In a 911 call, a woman says she's hiding in a bathroom. Video shows Bernal and Garcia pointing guns at Hutchinson. The shooting is still under investigation at this time.

Celtic will need to improve their squad though if they are to compete in both domestic and European competitions. At the start of the season the gaffer has come in and changed the philosophy.

Rick Ford, the president of the Nissan dealership, told reporters Tuesday night both men presented themselves as federal agents.

"Enjoyed his life in Corpus Christi, lived a modest and humble life", Peters said about Garcia.

TV's famed "Dog the Bounty Hunter", Duane Chapman analyzed the video for Inside Edition.

"We are charged with the task of apprehending people who fail to appear in court", said Stew Peters, a bail investigator who helped track Hutchinson.

Garcia, 54, sat on the board of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators and another board member, Bradley Smith, described him as a "gentle giant".

Greenville police said they were not alerted about the planned arrest beforehand. Peters said he had been friends with Garcia for years and said he would not misrepresent himself.

The dealership owner said the business will remain closed Wednesday and Thursday as they make repairs and clean up shattered glass from the shooting.
