Chelsea back in for Oxlade-Chamberlain

Chelsea want Alex Oxlade Chamberlain from Arsenal having launched a £25million scoop

Chamberlain has just one year left in his Arsenal contract and has been unable to reach an agreement with the club on a new deal.

It is understood that the Premier League champions have raised their offer after their Portuguese manager became frustrated at the club's lack of transfer activity over the summer months.

Liverpool have also been monitoring the situation but appear reluctant to pay more than the £25m that was initially offered by the champions.

However, considering one of the key reasons for the former Southampton man to leave Arsenal is the fact that he wants to play in centre midfield suggests the move might not go through, unless Chelsea agree to give Oxlade-Chamberlain a go in his preferred position.

Jacobson, the school spokeswoman, said Carlson graduated with the Minnehaha Academy class of 1953 and went to Sunday school there. Minnehaha Academy student Taytum Rhoades was one of those practicing in the gym when the building shook and lights went out.

He has been part of the squads that have won three of the last four FA Cups while internationally he has been capped twenty-seven times, scoring six goals.

The Daily Star report that Chelsea's initial £25M bid was matched by Liverpool, and they have now increased it to £35M in hope of landing the England worldwide this summer.

Speaking ahead of Arsenal's first game of the new season against Leicester City, Wenger said of Oxlade-Chamberlain: 'I think in his career he had some bad moments because he had some small injuries. "He's had some small injuries but a year ago he was much more stable". He is on the way up and he will continue to move up because that potential is there.

The newspaper claims that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is a huge fan of the Ox and has personally targeted the Gunners star. Today he is conscious of his qualities.
