Here's look at the complete AP Top 25.

Week 3 helped make up for that dearth of surprises.

Clemson moved up to No. 2 in The Associated Press college football poll, jumping Oklahoma and closing in on Alabama after beating a team ranked in the Top 15 for the second straight week.

Not at the top, however.

Clemson's 47-21 beat down of Louisville was impressive and will likely clear the way for the Tigers to return to the ACC title game in a couple months.

Spain Catalonia: Ballot Papers for Banned Referendum to be Seized
If the "Yes" side wins, Catalonia's regional government has vowed to declare independence within 48 hours and set about building a sovereign state.

In the Big 12, Oklahoma state rose three spots to No. 6 after a 59-21 victory at Pittsburgh. Mississippi State had not been ranked since November 22, 2015.

Other newcomers to the rankings are No. 23 Utah (3-0) and No. 24 OR (3-0).

Oklahoma State is now ranked No. 6, just ahead of Washington.

- UCLA, which lost 48-45 at Memphis. LSU barely hung on to the final spot in the rankings after an embarrassing home blowout.

Stock up: Oklahoma State.

The highest ranked Group of Five team also resides in the state of Florida as the USF Bulls now sit at No. 21 in the AP poll and No. 17 in the Coaches poll. Mississippi State quarterback Nick Fitzgerald faces Georgia's nasty defense.
