President Donald Trump fired back at Jay-Z after the rapper criticized the president during an interview on CNN's Van Jones Show.
Jay-Z told Van Jones the reports that Trump asked lawmakers, "Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?" during a discussion on America's immigration deal were "hurtful", claiming Trump is "so misinformed".
During the interview, Jones noted that black unemployment was historically low under the Trump administration, but the rapper did not appear impressed.
President Trump, he said, "creates so many controversies every day, nobody can even keep up anymore".
Jay-Z told CNN Trump's alleged remarks initially invoked anger but are ultimately "hurtful" and "disappointing".
Jay-Z also characterized the president as a "superbug", apparently because his virulent power grew from societal efforts to merely cover up racism rather than addressing it.
Trump was accurately pointing to record-low unemployment for United States minorities, although critics note that the USA economic expansion began well before, under his predecessor Barack Obama.
"Donald Trump is a human being, too". But somewhere along his lineage something happened to him.

Trump earlier this month tweeted about the African-American and Hispanic unemployment rates.
Jones responded, tweeting, "Someone needs to inform @realdonaldtrump that I ALREADY asked Jay Z whether black employment figures redeem Trump's presidency".
He went on to compare Trump's comments to the racist remarks made by former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling in 2013, who was banned from the National Basketball Association after a private recording of him criticizing his mistress for "associating with black people" became public.
Jay-Z, who is married to megastar Beyoncé, is worth an estimated $810 million according to Forbes, making him the second-richest hip-hop artist in the US.
"He then said", What you've done was spray perfume on a trash can".
'Money doesn't equate to happiness, ' he explained.
The president's exchange with Jay-Z comes in the middle of Grammys weekend. "That's the main point", Carter added. It goes back to the whole thing: if you treat me bad and pay me really well, it's not going to lead to happiness.
While the president may be the least racist person his son has ever met, the American people consider him to be among one of the most racially insensitive political leaders in recent history.
